1. Nature of Association
By registering as a Advisor with KB SOLUTIONS, you agree that this is a freelancing/affiliate opportunity and not an employment contract. Advisors are independent contractors and are not entitled to salary, PF, ESI, gratuity, or any employee-related benefits.
Your earnings are purely based on performance (referrals, incentives, and commissions).

2. Eligibility
The applicant must be 18 years or above and a citizen of India.
A valid Aadhaar and PAN are mandatory for registration.
Bank account details must be provided for incentive transfers.

3. Registration
Advisors must complete the Advisor Registration Form and submit valid KYC documents.
On successful verification, a Advisor code will be issued.
Registration is non-transferable.

4. Advisor Responsibilities
Promote KB SOLUTIONS services legally, ethically, and honestly.
Use only approved marketing materials provided by the company.
Avoid false promises, misleading claims, or misrepresentation of services.
Maintain professional conduct with prospects, clients, and team members.
Strictly follow the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021.

5. Earnings & Incentives
All commissions and incentives are performance-based as per the official Incentive Plan.
Payments will be transferred directly to the registered bank account after applicable deductions (TDS/GST if required).
The company reserves the right to modify the incentive plan with prior notice.

6. Prohibited Activities Advisors must NOT:
Make exaggerated income claims or guarantee earnings.
Run unauthorized advertisements using KB SOLUTIONS’ name/logo.
Engage in spam marketing or unethical practices.
Sell or misuse personal data of leads/clients.

7. Termination of Association
KB SOLUTIONS reserves the right to terminate Advisor registration in case of: Misrepresentation or fraud.
Violation of company policies. Breach of government guidelines.
Upon termination, all pending incentives may be forfeited if earned through non-compliant activities.

8. Legal & Compliance
All advisors must comply with Indian laws including: Consumer Protection Act, 2019 Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 Income Tax Act, 1961 (for TDS on incentives) Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Visakhapatnam Courts, Andhra Pradesh.

9. Disclaimer
KB SOLUTIONS does not guarantee any fixed income.
Success depends on individual effort, skill, and performance.

10. Acceptance
By signing the Advisor Registration Form, I confirm that: I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the above Terms & Conditions.
