Terms and Conditions:
1)Once paid amount will not be refunded to the customer in any circumstances, must be purchased product kit/ readymade / kitchenware.
2)Each member must sponsor direct members then only commission or any type of income will be released.
3)a) 1- Direct member sponsor : You can get 2 levels income(1st and 2nd)
b) 2- Directs you can get 3rd level income
c) 3- Directs you can get 4th level income
d) 4- Directs you can get 5th level income
e) 5- Directs you can get 6th level income.
4)This company is conducting product based purchasing activity only , not promote any collection of amounts or any type of deposits.
5)Minimum withdrawl amount RS 1000/-only.
6)Of all members income will deduct TDS as per government rules and regulations (5%), admin charges (5%).
7)Awards and rewards income also must follow government guidelines whatever is applicable(GST Etc).
8)Every member must purchase his / her monthly repurchase RS1000/- , otherwise his /her bonus/incentive/repurchase income whatever it may be will not be released for that particular month.
9)Any type of dispute among members and company will settle in "Amadalavalasa" Court only.
10)Once a member's code released it cannot be changed to other team(No code transfers can entertained from one team to other).
11)Company can change any type of business commission/plan/bonus rates, award rewards or any other changes without any prior notice to the members.
12)Every member's income from Auto pool, deduct 10% for charity(Foundation) purpose, 10% for next purchase advance.
13)a)Every member sponsor 10 directs for his 1st to 2nd level promotion and at 2nd level, at least 5 members promote to their next level from his downline members.
b)From his/her 3rd level promote 3 members to their next level.
c)From his/her 4th level promote at least 2 members to their next level.
d)From 5th level at least 1 (One) immediate downline member must be promote their next level.
